Good value, overall was fine

Stayed 3 nights for CFAW. The staff at the counter and servicing the breakfast were pleasant. We had issues with the satellite TV. It initially did not work at all when we checked in. After somone came to reset the TV, the service would constantly reconnec every 5 minutes which made it difficult to watch any show. The message indicated it could be due to weather but weather was not an issues all 3 nights. The breakfast only includes eggs and sausage on the weekends. The eggs were gone by 8:30am along with yogurt one day. We were glad we packed a sound machine to mask the highway noise. Overall, the hotel was fine but these minor issues just made our stay okay.

The staff are kind and helpful. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean, considering it was snowing. The property needs a little updating, IMO. There were IPhone stations in our room for really old iPhones. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and the price was good.

The property was very close to Liberty University where we had a commitment this past weekend. The room was nice and clean. The bed was quite comfortable.

Nice place to stay on a trip south

Beds were comfortable, shower worked well and was clean, and the staff were friendly. The HVAC system was a little loud, and there was a fair amount of road noise from the highway nearby. We were able to use a fan noise app on our phones to cancel out most of the noise. There were some cleanliness issues with the first room we were assigned, but the staff quickly gave us another room which was great. Would stay here again.
