I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. But we are not picky people just want a room a toilet and shower and pray that the bed is comfortable and clean. Thanks again for getting a room on the first floor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms had poor lighting, bath tub was dirty (with tub floor dark as it were not scrub at all). Bed sheets had black spots, they do not make cleaning unless you call them, breakfast is from 6am to 10am but at 8am there is nothing left and they do not fill/make more, coffee taste bad (as made with unclean/dirty water), some of the towels had bad odor (as wet dog). Beds are pretty uncomfortable and small (not for 2 persons). Fridge mount is falling appart (broken), inside fridge not clean at all and with mold spots, burnt-out bulbs in floor lamp, door did close well (you can open it from the outside without the key sometimes). Staff is courteous but they were only 2. I put the trash outside the door in the morning before 8am and when we arrived in late at night (after 10pm) it was still there.

When checking in directions to the room we’re not provided. The room was dirty with strange hairs on the wall of the shower and the notion of the tub was dirty. There were stains on the bedspread. Another family staying with us had dried vomit in their sink and when entering their room the heat was turned to 90 degrees. When I woke up and went down to the lobby the TV that was on was glitching and the manager’s response was that it does that. It was so bad I had turned it off. There was also an individual sleeping at a table in the lobby and not in a room. The folks at the counter chose to ignore the man sleeping in the lobby as if it were normal. I would. It recommend staying here if you have other choices.

This motel is inexpensive for a reason. The sink did not drain; the bed linens were dirty; the property was loud; the room itself did not appear to be fully made up from the last visitor. The list goes on. I checked out a day early after just 1 night and asked for a refund. I told them Expedia's policy is that it is at the discretion of the property to refund, but they acted like only Expedia could fix this, even though it is stated in writing. I do not recommend this property.

Floors hadn't been swept, old cupcake wrappers and crumbs all over the floor from what I assume was previous guest. Pillow cases had makeup on them(I was not wearing makeup at any time while there). Hair in the sink, toilet & bed that were not mine(too short and curly.) Comforter had disturbing looking stains. Couldn't sleep, cheaxked out warly.
