My stay at Woodspring Suites was enjoyable. The room was extremely clean, and I was able to rest well. My only concern was the thumping noise from above, but it settled down at a reasonable time, allowing me to get good rest.

This is a pretty basic, fair quality hotel. Our room was relatively clean but smelled musty with an overlay of chemical cleaning smell. Towels were dirty and when we asked for replacements I had to bring them the dirty towels first. No breakfast, no housekeeping. Staff wasn’t very friendly. It did the job but wasn’t someplace I would want to stay again.

I thought it was pretty good that it has a full sized fridge. Was able to grab some quick groceries for our stay without worrying where to store it. Would’ve loved some fluffier pillows for our bed. A/C unit didn’t get super cold, room was hot when we arrived back in after being out even though it was on 70. Pretty quiet though, decent sized room and clean.

Do not waste your money staying at this suite

This hotel was not something I would recommend to anyone. The site says that it has shuttle service from the airport, which was incorrect. They do not offer shuttle service. They do not have a breakfast in the a.m.. if you want additional towels and wash racks, you have to turn in your current wash racks and tiles that you use so that they can wash them and then you can get another pair to make sure they have enough for all the rooms. They did not have complementary soap shampoo. Anything that usually comes in a hotel stay. On the day of leaving housekeeping knocked on the door three hours before checkout to inform me that I needed to be out by checkout time the best were very uncomfortable. When checking out another customer stated that it was due for a bad change because his mattress was very uncomfortable and once he left, the staff laughed and made snide comments about it. Very unprofessional. The phrase, putting lipstick on a pig is what came to mine once I checked in to this place. It’s very nice on the outside, but upon closer view, it’s not acceptable.

The towel situation left me thinking of Steve Martin in Planes, Trains, and Automobiles every time I took a shower. The fridge, kitchen sink, and microwave were useful. Had to stop at Dollar Tree for utensils and dishes because I’m too cheap to spend $20 to rent them and $30 for a pot and pan. All in all, my stay was adequate. Nothing bad. Just cheap lodging which was why I picked it to begin with.

Friendly staff, workout center, great kitchenette. They really need to offer office chairs instead of the uncomfortable one they have at the desk in your room. That's my only complaint, really.

Customer Servixe was terrible

Chexked into our room and rhere was gnats everywhere. We dealt with it. There was no hair dryer and when we went to ask for an additional.pillow, we we told they had no extra and could not use a pillow from a non occupied room. Didnt seem to bother the host on duty that night.
