Theft from our room.
We had items stolen from our hotel room. The management were dismissive and argumentative. they even told us several untruths. In fact they contacted us the day after we had left and told us that the police had been in touch with them and told them not to discuss the case with us. However, later that day the investigating police officer called us, and told us that they hadn't even contacted them yet! Make your own mind up....

I liked the area, I liked the hotel , the staff and where it is situated. However, one thing rather annoyed me and it’s so simple to overcome There is One very small glass shelf in the bathroom of number 16 which held our tooth mugs only We had to put our toilet bags and my make up bag on the floor whilst using them. Rather spoilt our break in Mode. Thank you.

Staff very friendly and hotel clean. Parking very tight not the best OK if you had a very small car. Heating not working followed instructions but still didn’t work. Shower and toilet area very small but clean. Continental breakfast very good. Located in a quiet area.

Lovely experience.
We only had a one night stay but facilities and comfort were ideal. Warm welcome on arrival and happy hour, breakfast arrangements all explained when checking in. Parking was not possible on-site but the on road parking free overnight was most welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with pleasant room and facilities Unfortunately in next room the guest had tv on extremely loud and I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep - went on for couple of hours Went downstairs to reception in middle of night but no one available We used room to break our journey and it was a nightmare with the noise - I videoed noise coming from next door

we stayed here for one night in room with sea view, which was lovely. The hotel has over 20 rooms but only nine parking spaces which is disappointing when they tell you that you can park in a side street if there is any spaces. Breakfast was disappointing as it was a cold buffet breakfast with only toast which was warm.

Had another lovely stay in this hotel, stayed in room with beautiful sea views. The room is spotless and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, although a fridge in the room would have been an added bonus. Breakfast was continental which had lots of choices. I would recommend booking a parking spot as you will have to pay at certain times off the site. Special thank you to Renata on reception who was so friendly and polite. would definitely stay again.

Average hotel but nice enough
Booked this hotel for location, only 9 car parking spaces with 20 odd rooms and we arrived before check in time and no where to park so had to pay in local car park. We booked the sea view room which was lovely although rooms were comfortable it was a bit dated. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast consisting of cerals fruit etc but no hot food apart from toast so no full english.

Great hotel in perfect location.

A standout hotel on St Annes Seafront
I have stayed at many of the hotels in St Annes on the Promenade recently. The Mode had the best room by far. It is a shame I didn't find it earlier.

Did not dislike anything-lovely staff,quiet clean room(no complaints about room) at back,pleasant bar area. Best thing about Mode is its location-very close to beach and convenient for town centre.Limited parking but a place could be found in side streets-no restrictions. Lastly good price in Summer hols.
