Nice quiet hotel, friendly staff and good continental breakfast. I felt it was let down by cleaning standards- mold in shower, short curly hair on bathroom floor and dirty hand prints on paint work.

Nice spot for exploring both the town and the coas

Very comfortable short break in a well positioned spot for the best town and coastal experience. Staff were friendly and efficient - on site parking was somewhat limited but there is ample on road parking nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to the beach and the pier and about 30 minutes walk along the coast to get to the Blackpool trams. A perfect spot for a short break

A Comfortable Retreat , and a Relaxing Stay.

We have stopped at MODE HOTEL for the past 4 consecutive years , and the hotel ,to us has never changed from EXCELLENCE , THANK YOU . The hotel makes our holiday stop very relaxing , and that is all you can ask of a Hotel.

A modern hotel, in an excellent location for easy walking access to all areas of St Anne’s. Lytham itself is just a short drive down the coast. Staff were all very welcoming & friendly and although we were only there for a short time, rooms were cleaned each day. Reception area is not always manned but it is easy enough to use the bell to call a staff member. Breakfast is of Continental style, but there was more than enough, & everything was kept “topped up” which is not always the case in hotels. Car parking in the hotel car park could be difficult at times, as it soon gets full, however there are alternative places either on the main road opposite the hotel, or at a pay & display car park nearby. There is also an option to pay a fee to book a hotel parking space during your visit. This was our second stay at this hotel & we would not hesitate to book again if the need arose.
