Charming hotel with excellent access to Calistoga's main strip. Loved the free bicycles. Comfortable bed. Fyi, they don't provide personal microwaves in the rooms, nor eating utensils. The adjacent cafe is convenient, but pricey coffee ($4.) Our room attendant Lola was great! Our bathroom door would not close all the way, and did not have a fan. The toilet paper was in an awkward position. Other than those small inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous historic hotel, top notch amenities. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good. One thing to know - not all rooms are equally well located and appointed. Our room central AC was broken, and portable AC unit was very noisy. We asked to move to a different room, which was much better but had windows with frosted glass for privacy. Do inquire ahead of time to make sure you are booking a good room.

It was an amazing experience. Their Lexas luxury car experience was an add-on bonus. Location and food is super nice.

The hotel and location are awesome! The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast was fantastic—we actually enjoyed it much more than the nearby restaurants. On top of that, our room and the entire property were spotlessly clean.

Great designed hotel and staff, only downfall is the area. Unfortunately not safe to walk around at night. Located in a sketchy area of SF

If you are on the third level park in the back next to the second level entrance!! We needed towels the second day and the cleaners were very nice to give me more and an extra blanket!!
