Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

A estadia foi ruim, pois as informações que contavam para o quarto escolhido, não tinha em sua totalidade, Exemplo: Diz que tem roupas de cama disponíveis, porém só tinham umas mantas. Informam que tem secador e não tem. A Hidromassagem é bem diferente da que aparecem nas fotos, ou seja, não entrega aquilo que oferece.

Já não foi a primeira vez que eu me hospedei nesse hotel. Voltei porque considero uma boa opção a um custo razoável. Instalações simples, mas confortáveis e limpas. Dessa vez achei o quarto pequeno, mas como eu estava sozinho isso não chegou a ser um problema. Mas mesmo nesse quarto menor o banheiro tem um bom tamanho. Bom atendimento e boa localização. Café da manhã bom.
