Le personnel était très accueillant et réponde rapidement aux demandes. L'établissement est très bien situé et facilement accessible. Chambre propre et bien aménagé. Cependant la femme de ménage oubliait à chaque fois de remettre des serviettes de bains et parfois elle n'en a remis qu'une seule alors que nous étions 2 dans la chambre. Et un matin en attendant qu'elle finisse de nettoyer la chambre nous avons demandé à ce qu'elle remette des serviettes, elle nous a informé qu'elle n'en avait pas, j'ai donc demandé à ce qu'elle en mette dans la journée. Et le soir venue il n'y avait toujours pas de serviettes, j'ai dû retourné à la réception demander, où on me les a donné directement. Ce serait un petit point à améliorer. Malgré tout le séjour s'est bien passé et cela reste un établissement que je recommande.

Deram quarto errado, não queriam trocar o quarto, deram um quarto sem ar condicionado, não queriam trocar, atendente mal educada. Me cobrou duas vezes a hospedagem, disse q a culpa era do hotéis.com, falou q ela fez apenas o q o site orientou, sendo q no site tava tudo correto e pago, mas mesmo assim fui cobrado e demoraram a da o estorno.
