Everyone at this resort goes above and beyond. Definitely 5 stars

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

Bars were closed at 11 am and only open for private events! We came here to have a morning memosa and could not find anything open till almost noon. Not my ideal vacation. Staff seem upset, especially at the sports bar and quick people out early one night as well. Not what we had planned for a vacation.

Amazing resort. Very clean every where you go. Beautiful rooms with top notch service. The food was excellent. A perfect variety of restaurants with healthy options. They even have a coffee shop with fresh fruit juices and a smoothie bar. The spa was a 10/10 experience. We did the couples hydro therapy and we enjoyed it so much. Thank you Excellence Riviera for a truly amazing vacation!

Wow! Easily the best resort we have stayed at. I am not Vegan but the best part of this trip was definitely the food. The all-inclusive is the best deal around by far. There are plenty of non-vegan options but honestly I mostly ate the vegan versions. Everything was top-shelf. Charlies Vegan Tacos were a highlight. And we actually lost some weight while we were there since its so healthy. The service was incredible. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles and hellos. We got to know by name many of the staff. The Pools are about the best I have seen and the beach (when there is not seaweed) is incredible. And they keep it cleaner than any other beach around. Every time we ventured out to try something different we came back to the hotel because it was just better. The free classes like Yoga were amazing as well. I feel this is a secret that will soon be out. But thank you to all the staff who were part of this experience.
