TV hat wegen Mängel im Wifi praktisch nie richtig funktioniert; Frühstück sehr einfach und 4 von 6 Mal war die Milch ausgegangen, worauf wir auf Nachschub warten mussten; wenig Platz für Frühstücksgäste, da die gebrauchten Tische mit grosser Verzögerung gereinigt wurden; für im Hotel gebuchte Ausflüge musste man oft zwischen 6 und 7 Uhr zur Abholung bereitstehen, was dazu führte, dass Morgens um 6 Uhr das halbe Hotel Schlange stand (viele Aüsflügler), da Frühstück erst ab 6 Uhr serviert wurde. Vorschlag: Frühstück früher öffnen.

Sem cama para minha filha

Fiz reserva para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 7 anos. Chegando lá 1 cama de casal para os 3. Voltei à recepção e fui informada que 1 criança de 7 anos é considerada como cortesia, ou seja não tem cama para ela. Quando fiz a reserva em nenhum momento pedi qualquer tipo de cortesia para minha filha. Uma criança de 7 anos já dorme em uma cama separada, já é uma criança grande. Solicitei ao hotel um colchão ou uma troca de quarto e eles informaram que não trabalham com colchão e já estavam com a lotação total. Não havia o que ser feito. Questionei essa atitude de não considerarem a criança e eles me disseram que receberam a reserva assim e assim seria. Um absurdo, em nenhum momento eu omiti que estava viajando com minha filha e muito menos me recusei a pagar qq coisa. Tanto que informei ao fazer a reserva 2 adultos e 1 criança de 7 anos. Enfim dormimos apertados, um quarto com muito barulho, pareçia que tinha gente pulando em cima sem parar. O banheiro com restos de sabonete dos hóspedes anteriores. Não recomendo de forma alguma. 1 noite para nunca mais.

Razoável, já fiquei algumas vezes no Comfort Maceió, mas dessa vez achei que a qualidade caiu, o café achei repetitivo, sem muita novidade para quem passa uma semana hospedado, o serviço de quarto precisamos ir na recepção implorar para que fosse feito por 2 vezes, a limpeza vi que deu uma queda na qualidade também... o hotel era 100% não fumante, mas o que mais senti no andar que fiquei hospedado foi cheiro de cigarro, dar a entender que não houve nenhuma providência quanto a administração do hotel. O banheiro com chuveiro precário, água caindo fraca.
