Hotel simples, mas bom

Hotel é simples, mas atendeu as expectativas, o quarto é pequeno, mas tem boa divisao, boa ventilação. Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas bom, sempre iniciou no horario previsto, o que nos ajudou para as saídas cedo para os passeios. Tinha boa reposição dos alimentos, equipe bem atenciosa.

Não temos do que reclamar. O quarto bem limpo, toalhas disponíveis e limpas, foi feito a limpeza do quarto no dia seguinte ao nosso check-in, central gelava até demais kkkk sentimos frio dentro do quarto. Café da manhã bem servido, as moças faziam reposição dos alimentos o tempo todo. Todo mundo muito cordial, simpáticos e educados. Gostamos bastante e com certeza voltaríamos.

Custo benefício válido.

Custo benefício bom, na minha opinião o que não gostei é que o hotel não oferece ferro de passar, levei o meu, porém o hotel só tem voltagem 220v, e pra minha surpresa, também não oferecem transformador de voltagem. Para viagens de negócios onde você precisa estar impecável, o hotel deixa a desejar nesse ponto.

Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. No primeiro dia de estadia meu marido passou muito mal de uma intoxicação alimentar, e acabou sujando o banheiro, ficando impossível de usar. Desci na recepção, pois o telefone não estava funcionando, pedi um rodo, pano e produtos de limpeza para limpar, mas a recepcao informou que precisaria esperar o unico funcionario que tinha naquele horario. Pois bem, esperamos por mais de uma hora e desci novamente.. IMPLOREI que deixasse eu ir buscar esses produtos, pois meu marido ainda estava passando mal e nao conseguia usar o banheiro.. o recepcionista sem nenhuma empatia disse que nao poderia sair da recepcao para me mostrar onde pegar os produtos.. um absurdo sem fim. Nesse mesmo dia precisamos mudar de quarto pois o ar condicionado estava pingando agua. Cafe da manhã muito fraco comparado as outras pousadas que ficamos em alagoas, o restaurante é muito pequeno, nao comporta a quantidade de hospedes. Dito isso, NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL.
