Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was great with a variety of choices. The room was small, but it had a great view to the beach. The staff was very polite and attentive. We had a great stay at Brisa Praia Hotel.

Location was great, but needed to cross a busy street to get to beach. The traffic would stop when you entered the crosswalk you just needed to be careful in case they didn't.

O Atendimento não foi tão cordial como um hotel da categoria 4 estrelas merece, sempre achava eles meio rispido, ao cobrar atendimento na piscina pois não tinha o tal garçon eletronico, uma atendendo no bar do terreo so faltou falar que eu que estava mentindo ou não tinha visto o aparelho ante de ir la e resolver e veria que não tinha aparelho em minha mesa. Tive que brigar para ter vaga estacionamento pois o responsavel mesmo com vaga achou certo não deixar entrare fechar o portao e tive que dar a volta no quarteirao, ir na recepção falar pois tinha visto na camara vaga para o funcionario me deixar entrar, veja estava a 10 dias no hotel , na melhor suite a uma diaria cara e nos dois ultimos dias que aluguei o carro não me deixavam estacionar ... Agora o pior de tudo e ter ficado em um quarto totalmente fechado e não abre uma janela e o hospede anterior mesmo proibido fumou muito cigarro la dentro, ate o ultimo dia apos 10 dias sentia ainda cada vez que entrava no quarto o cheiro desse de cigarro A equipe de limpeza devia ter notado durante a arrumação do hospede anterior esse cheiro e devia ter avisado a recepção para tomar outras atitudes, ou deviam instalar sensores pois não e possivel um quarto emerticamente fechado alguem fumar...

Pessoal despreparado para hospitalidade.
Atendimento péssimo por algumas funcionárias do restaurante/ café da manhã, com atitudes indiferentes, ignorando os hóspedes. Nós dávamos bom dia no café da manhã, buscando estimular ambiente de alegria e descontração das férias, se não, elas nem olhavam e, ao responder, era clara a postura de obrigação. Entre eles, no restaurante falam muito alto, aos gritos e, à mesa, uso de palavras de baixo calão enquanto conversam entre si, ignorando ambiente profissional de hospitalidade. Caras fechadas, sisudas, muito uso de celular até enquanto empurram carrinhos no restaurante. A nossa percepção era de que atrapalhávamos a rotina deles, como intrusos que não foram convidados. Percebi que a grande maioria dos hóspedes está ali para descanso, férias e alegria, merecendo serem cuidados com atenção, empatia e respeito. No bar, em duas situações, dias diferentes, fiz o pedido de bebida e fui esquecido pelo único garçom que fica sentado ao balcão, também no celular. O pessoal da recepção atendeu suficientemente e a camareira muito simpática e atenciosa. Precisam de um programa de excelência no atendimento ao hóspede, para compreenderem a missão e a finalidade do profissional em hotelaria. No terceiro dia, já não tínhamos o menor desejo de circular pelas dependências do hotel. Como está, não recomendo a mais ninguém. Já frequentamos outros excelentes hotéis em Maceió, mas esta foi a primeira experiência ruim, que esperamos não repetir. Gestor: circule pelo hotel e perceba!
