No respect from the check in staff, kept talking to my husband even though I made the booking? Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. Do not reccomend, just another greedy business.

Wonderful hotel.
The view to the ocean from the rooftop where the breakfast is offered is fantastic. The room was comfy and bathroom clean well equipped. Easy access to the beach, many restaurants and big offer of services around. Highly recommend it, for family with kids or solo, it's very good.

The Hotel is in a nice area, but because of a new building construction going on across the street, it was very noisy. My TV room Netflix was not working, neither the A/C and the drain in the shower. Pool area is small and the pool water was very dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience.

This Hotel is weird from the check in to checkout. Starting with front desk location. When I arrived at front desk there were 3 employees talking. Although they saw all our luggage etc, after one or two minutes one of them asked "what I needed"? No good morning, nothing. He started my check in but left the place, after few seconds other guy took over and finish it. He did not gave me any information about the hotel amenities as well as breakfast location, parking etc. I figured it out by my self. "!!GREAT WELCOME!!!" During my stay, they continued without "good morning" or a smile. Pretty unprofessional and rude. The room is very small, the shower has a weird door configuration that only allows skinny person. Even for a 160 pound guys it tight. To be fair I should mention the fantastic view of the ocean. I away stay on the BestWestern close with them, decided to try. Definitively it was a bad try.

Hotel muito bom! Quarto confortável, limpo e espaçoso. A piscina fica na cobertura. É uma piscina pequena, mas bonita e aquecida. Tem atendimento do restaurante, que também fica na cobertura e tem uma vista belíssima! O café da manhã é muito bom; embora não tenha grande diversidade, a variedade é boa e suficiente e tudo muito gostoso. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados! O único ponto negativo, na minha opinião, se refere a acústica… os ruídos dos corredores e quartos vizinhos, portas e arrastar de cadeiras, daí ouvidos no quarto e incomoda um pouco, mas não de forma que possa diminuir a qualidade do hotel. Gostamos muito da estadia e recomendamos!

Ficamos surpresos com o apartamento porque é muito confortável e com uma vista incrível, o café da manhã surreal, quem procura conforto e cafe da manhã variado vale a pena, funcionários educados e falo aqui da Maria que é a camareira, onde ela realiza uma limpeza impecável e ainda deixa docinhos para todos os hóspedes, olha que já fui para hotéis 4 e 5 estrelas, não fui tão bem recepcionado.
