Nossa estadia foi tranquila. O hotel é agradável e o atendimento muito bom, todos muito amáveis e prestativos. Ambiente limpo e o café da manhã muito rico. Gostamos muito. Infelizmente não fizemos fotos.

Razoável para uma noite.

Nosso quarto era no segundo andar, de escada apenas o acesso com malas. A chave da porta com mal contato, sendo preciso descer para pedir ao rapaz para abrir. O quarto estava limpo, com exceção dos cabides empoeirados. Banheiro com descarga muito lenta e difícil mesmo jogando o papel no lixo. Duas toalhas de mão com cabelo e uma manchada. Produto usado para limpar as mesas do café as deixava embaçadas como se estivessem sujas. Café simples, mas tapiocas feitas na hora excelentes.

Na média. Não espere muito.

São poucos os quartos disponíveis (o lugar já é pequeno, apesar das fotos). Ficamos em um com beliche e uma cama de casal para a família com dois filhos. O quarto em si era pequeno, mal cabiam as malas (tinha que subir de escada, só havia um andar). O que mais me incomodou foi o beliche, bastante antigo, todo mole (quando um se movia, balançava muito e despertava o outro), a grade da colcha estava quebrada. Não tive coragem de deixar meu filho embaixo e acabei dormindo nele com o mais novo em cima. Não havia lençóis então tive que ligar mas só foram deixar bem depois pois estava previsto o check-in de outro hóspede e ele estava aguardando (imagino que só havia 1 funcionário na hora). Então passei um bom tempo para poder dormir. Os funcionários são simpaticos e educados. Só há canais de TV abertos. A alimentação do café da manhã é bastante simples, não espere variedade nem alta qualidade. Mas havia preocupação com higiene. O estacionamento é amplo dada a capacidade mas tem que aguardar alguém abrir o portão. No geral, não dá para dizer que é péssimo, mas me incomodaria dizer que foi uma experiência muito boa. Talvez eu seja o público-alvo errado do hotel, por isso que estava bem avaliado (não que eu seja grande coisa). Portanto, estou avaliando o hotel conforme o significado das estrelas. Se for bem avaliado, como justificar que se deve melhorar? E como ajudar os demais que buscam mais conforto? Este hotel estava tão bem avaliado quanto outros de melhor qualidade.

Passagem de 1 noite, cama péssima, dois colchoes lado a lado para impressao de maior, onde você fica entre os dois desconfortável,velho, sujo,com mal cheiro! Banheiro minusculo,sem janela. Fronha estava suja de batom e baba,sei la o que era aquilo. Cafe da manha, fraco. Estao em reforma, nao ha nada de agradável no local. Busquem outra hospedagem.
