Outstanding resort. Very safe, very friendly staff, clean, well maintained and beautiful place. Food is very good. Unlimited alcohol and other drinks. I will return for sure.

A água do chuveiro tinha cheiro ruim e cor amarelada. Chuveiro fazia um barulho muito alto. Acredito que a limpeza na praia poderia ser melhor, muito lixo deixado pelos hóspedes na areia o que na verdade é um problema de falta de educação de alguns hóspedes, porém o hotel poderia melhorar isso.

Vamos começar pelos pontos positivos: quarto amplo e com boa estrutura. Comida de excelente qualidade. Funcionários solícitos. Pontos negativos: a estrutura de piscina e restaurante não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Não tem esteira suficiente nas piscinas e teve um dia que tinha fila para o jantar. Teve vezes que parecia um piscinão de ramos. Muito desperdício de comida, muito mesmo. Deveriam fazer como em outros resorts que já servem em porções prontas. O lobby do hotel é bastante simples.. pra um resort premium poderia ser mais bem decorado. A área de praia é pequena e suja.. mto canudo, copo e papel, mas isso não é só culpa do hotel, os hóspedes não colaboram e não recolhem o proprio lixo. Os drinks tem pouca variedade e qse todos iguais. Enfim, não foi ruim, mas não voltaria.

Hotel novo, em localização com praia calma e muito bonita, equipe muito atenciosa, comida variada e muito bem feita (exceto nos restaurantes temáticos) e boa variedade de bebidas. Esses pontos compensam os claros problemas de infraestrutura das áreas comuns, de uma forma geral subdimensionadas: áreas de piscinas muito pequena, poucos banheiros, restaurante pequeno, restrito espaço de entretenimento e sistema de esgoto com baixa capacidade, dificultando escoamento de água de banheiros e chuveiros (sejam na área de piscinas como do próprio quarto).

Não gostei. O hotel tem postura de "low budget" cobrando preço de premium. O sistema de restaurantes é falho: limitam o número de reservas que você pode fazer e ainda fecham restaurantes em certos dias, te deixando sem opção. E o cúmulo foi cobrarem o cartão magnético da chave no check-out. Falta noção de hospitalidade de alto padrão.

O hotel é muito grande e com muitos hóspedes. Foi difícil conseguir um apto com melhor facilidade de locomoção, já que inicialmente nos colocaram em um muito distante do restaurante e da recepção. A comida é variada e em muita quantidade. É boa, mas poderia ser reduzida em menor variedade, evitando desperdício.
