We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

Hotel precisa ser reformado

De início o lago com carpa está muito sujo e isso trás um odor desagradável, na recepção a visão geral não é legal, uma área bem desorganizada, elevador precisando de manutenção e reparos, no quarto em que fiquei o leitor da porta estava danificado, ainda fazia a leitura do cartão, mas muito feio, ao entrar no apartamento a cama é confortável, mas os móveis precisam ser trocados, o banheiro estava com cabelos de hóspedes anteriores, o banheiro também estava com mofo, apareceram algumas baratas, no quando em que fiquei tinha uma porta que dava acesso a algum lugar, não acho seguro, o buffet precisa melhorar o sabor, o espaço é muito pequeno. No contexto geral não voltaria.

As estruturas no geral estão precisando de reforma urgente, sala de jogos sem qualquer "refresco" para o calorão, sem ar condicionado e sequer um ventilador funcionando, muitas instalações com sinais visiveis de corrosão, toalhas visivelmente muitissimo usadas, café da manhã também deixou a desejar. De bom mesmo e que merece destaque é o atendimento dos colaboradores, muito atenciosos e prestativos, tanto no hotel quanto no parque aquático.

Precisa de melhorias

Os quartos e ambientes gerais precisam de uma boa reformar, melhorar o enxoval dos quartos - nao possui mantas, por exemplo. O grande destaque, e que me fará voltar, é o parque aquático, que ainda é muito bom. Mas, a estrutura do hotel está muito aquém das opções na região pelo mesmo valor.

Hotel falido.

Terrível, o hotel está abandonado, com mofo nos quartos e banheiros. As paredes estão caindo os rebocos, as portas e as fechaduras estão quebradas. As fotos de divulgação do hotel são antigas, provavelmente de sua inauguração. Hoje a realidade é bem diferente.

A estadia foi regular o cafe da manha muito repetitivo e desorganização sem contar que o elevdor quebro varias vezes ate uma moça fico presa no elevador mais de uma hora e meia esperando o técnico do elevador para retirada dela que esta presa. Tinha muitos idosos no quarto andar sem pude desser ou tinha que ir pela escada e demoraro muito tempo para conserta o elevador quebra muito velho de mais.

Infelizmente o hotel não tem nada haver com o que está no site . Assustei quando chegamos . Pelo preço pago por diária tinha que ser melhor bem melhor. Cama horrível a minha estava com o pé quebrado etc. Se vc olhar o botel por fora da até medo sinceramente eu não recomendo pra ninguém
