Me hospedei no Ritz Lagoa da Anta por apenas uma diária, pois queríamos testar o hotel antes de decidir se estenderíamos a estadia. O atendimento é, sem dúvida, um grande destaque. Tanto a equipe da recepção quanto a do restaurante são extremamente educadas, solícitas e agradáveis. A hospitalidade realmente faz diferença e merece reconhecimento. A área da piscina também é um ponto positivo. O hotel oferece algumas cortesias de bebidas, o que é um gesto simpático. No dia da nossa chegada havia DJ tocando, criando um ambiente animado e agradável. No entanto, alguns pontos precisam ser ressaltados. A reserva foi feita pelo site do Booking, e as fotos apresentavam um quarto com aparência muito mais moderna e bem conservada do que o que nos foi entregue. Nas imagens, o piso parecia ser de madeira, bonito e uniforme. Já o quarto recebido tinha um chão extremamente manchado, bastante desgastado e com aparência judiada. A pintura também era antiga e pouco agradável, transmitindo uma sensação de ambiente envelhecido e sem renovação. Essa discrepância entre as fotos anunciadas e o quarto real gera frustração e sensação de expectativa não atendida. Outro ponto que incomodou foi o café da manhã. Apesar da variedade, o ambiente estava bastante tumultuado e pouco organizado nas duas vezes em que estivemos no restaurante. Além disso, havia um mau cheiro perceptível no salão, algo que compromete significativamente a experiência.

Las habitaciones estan bien , buen sercicio de rooming. Destaco los cielo razo de los baños, que son como rejillas que permiten ver los desagües de los baños, lo cual no es agradable. La cocina es miy buena, la pileta tambien , aunque tiene sombra desde temprano y con el viento hace que no sea tan confortable estar durante la tarde. Cada tanto pasan con alguna atancion,( caldiños, altun coctail, pero podrían ser más) eso en el dia solo pasan am medio día y es como muy escueto. Los precios son elevados para la media de la ciudad pero la comodidad de estar ahi hace que no moleste pagarlo. Respecto a la ubicación creo que esta muy alejado de las playas del centro, a una hora caminando de la roda de maceio en Pajuçara donde esta toda la movida de la tarde/ noche Si volviera optsria por un hotel .as cercano a esa zons

O Hotel é muito aconchegante, a comida é ótima. Gostamos muito da estadia. Apesar de bem localizado achamos um pouco longe das principais atrações.A praia na frente apesar de linda é uma praia perigosa com crianças. o hotel da desconto para um club que fica há 1 hora do hotel onde a praia é muito boa.
