Staff very friendly. Parking was tight and not much available. Some facilities like the gym weren’t available as the hotel was being remodeled. Location very good. Great breakfast. Definitely would come back!!

The property was clean, and the room was very large. The shower water was so good, bed was new, big tv a big plus, cause most Brazilian Hotel has small tvs, and finally the price, I stayed in other hotels in the area, and this hotel has more quality than other big hotels name, believe me.

Great value for family of four adults. Very clean and friendly staff. After we notified the staff of allergies we were experiencing, they cleaned the whole room with alcohol and change the mattress.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, quartos e camas boas, porém o serviço de quarto, a limpeza e a reposição dos produtos básicos é muito ruim. Os copos disponíveis no quarto estavam sujos, deixei em cima do móvel para serem trocados no primeiro dia, e mesmo assim não foram trocados, não tinha shampoo e nem sabonete disponíveis no quarto, roupas de camas estavam sujas. O café da manhã apesar de ter boas opções disponíveis, deixou muito a desejar na reposição dos alimentos, por várias vezes as opções se esgotavam e não eram mais repostas. Para um hotel deste nível, não se preocupam muito com o conforto dos seus hospedes.
