Great way to see ponto verde in Maceió
Terrific. Even for a finicky American. We loved the breakfast! Beautiful, clean hotel. Competitive price. Convenient to live corals for snorkeling, my primary reason for selecting this location. Only observation about the premises is that the garage is small. During high travel season your spot may not be guaranteed, so check with the hotel staff. Staff gets 9/10 stars. Receptionists were great! Staff not perfect because of these 2 little things: -Management decided to replace flashing in our corridor during our visit in peak season. I'd suggest saving those disruptive upgrades for the off season. -pool cleaner kicked us out 30 minutes before posted closing time. That's a real disappointment for an 11-year old!

Café da manhã demorava muito para reposição das comidas e tudo acabava muito rápido. As cortinas do quarto não tampam o sol e o quarto fica muito claro mesmo de noite. Muito barulhento o quarto devido barulhos da rua e ar condicionado do meu quarto do primeiro andar era bastante barulhento.

Hotel muito bonito, localizado perto da Praia de Ponta Verde, você pode ir à pé a diversos lugares da região. O café da manhã servido é maravilhoso, com muita variedade e qualidade. Se você quiser fazer outras refeições o restaurante do hotel funciona até às 21:00 hs, com um atendimento excepcional por parte da equipe e uma comida deliciosa. Foi a nossa segunda vez no Tropicalis e foi uma experiência muito boa, estamos muito satisfeitos.

O hotel é bem localizado a apenas uma quadra da praia da Ponta Verde. O hotel é limpo, moderno, bem organizado, todos os funcionários foram muito gentis, o café da manhã é ótimo com muita variedade de frutas, pães, bolos e frios. Realmente foi uma experiência muito agradável no hotel Tropicalis e em Maceió.
