The room is spacious and clean. The location is convenient with eateries, groceries and shopping mall near by. Some facilities in the room are a bit dated such as kettle, toaster and water shower. Also saw some tiny ants on the table in bed room and toilet.

I stay here whenever I come into Mackay and have since it was built. It started to look shabby but with the new management the place is slowly returning to its old glory thanks to the management

Comforatble, spacious, convenient
Very spacious spa room, kitchenette, very comfortable, close to restaurants and shops. Noisier than erxpected on busy road but most Mackay motels have same issue. Would stay again.

Nice room but when u look closesr very unclean. All marks around light switches and toilet has dark line around water wher it’s not been cleaned. Rubbish and lots of dirt stuffed in lounge suite. The manger wasn’t going to let us stay as we are locals. They refuse local people and question why did we want to stay if we have a house of our own. Very dissapinted.

This is a great place to stay and my first booking. The motel is showing signs of ageing, but it is located in a quiet location within walking distance to the Caneland shopping centre and Mackay CBD. The room was well appointed, but I wished there was more counter space as I found that I was constantly running out of space to put plates, food and cutlery.

The room we had was very roomy, with bed and bathroom on mezzanine level. There was a lounge, dining and kitchenette on ground level. A small continental breakfast was provided on arrival. Overall room was very comfy and reasonable cost.
