Nice hotel convenient to ferry

Convenient location to catch the ferry to Mackinac- easy walking distance plus hotel had discounted ferry tickets available at the front desk. Also easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was standard but nothing special- was included.

Very nice Best Western. Room was very clean and updated. Can't beat the location. Walk to restaurants and shops and even the Macinaw Island Ferry.woikd definitely stay here again.

Perfect jumping off point for Mackinac island

This will be my first and last time to book at this hotel. Staff were very unfriendly, and had an attitude when speaking with guests. Even description of the room wasn't right, and it was deceiving. When I booked, your website said Lake Front View. When we got there, the front desk lady, who also had attitude said "no, you didn't book lake view room, you booked a regular room". Room wasn't clean at all. Sheets weren't clean at all, bathroom same thing, not clean at all. Please stop recommending this place to people.
