I booked this hotel due to the water park because we have a 17-month-old daughter who loves to play in the water. The water park smelled like a sewer and The kids pool was ice cold. The arcade room was completely inoperable. No one checked our wristband so literally anyone could have just walked in there. We booked the king suite so we could have a view in space for our daughter. The window was so dirty you could barely tell there was a lake out there.

Great staff joyful and very helpful. Waterpark was not what we expected. Water slide for my teen have NOT been working since 2019 and the hot tub was not working and full of bugs. The heated pool was good the smaller kids play are was good. It's in a great location had front row seats to the fireworks. The fire pits are a great time for the family. The balcony seemed like it has not been cleaned in some time. Most likely will not be returning to this property

You could hear everything from the hallways in the room there is no sound proofing so if you hope for sleep good luck. Road construction in front of the hotel made it impossible to get in and out of the parking lot. Beds are uncomfortable along with the pillows. Rooms are super tiny. Decent rate though but i wont be staying there again

DO NOT STAY HERE!! If I could give this a zero I would. Room was filthy and stunk, pool area is moldy and nothing worked. Safety hazards all over the place from rotting wood to empty pools that aren’t marked off. Bugs everywhere and management refuses to give refunds regardless of the circumstances. Horrible experience.

After staying at this hotel several times from 2010-2014, I was a little disappointed at the condition. Also, this is the first hotel I have ever visited with a bicycle, that would not allow me to take my bike into the room.

Came for the waterpark which wasn’t open. Pool and arcade had limited hours. No breakfast in hotel; tried using a provided coupon to a local place for breakfast and they were closed. AC leaked inside the room. We left a day early we were so disappointed.
