The lovely ladies behind the check-in desk were so friendly, funny, and helpful. The room was clean with complete supplies. I might suggest using a bleach or similar product on the pillowcases. They had a slight smell of hair oils. Also, we witnessed a young couple pilfering at least 6 plates of food from the breakfast room. They loaded their pockets with packaged items. They also came back with a plastic shopping bag and loaded more into it then ran off. A sign was clearly posted next to the door to not take food beyond the Breakfast Room. Told the ladies at the front desk upon checking out.
