We reserved a handicap accessible room and there was no walk-in shower. It was a tall tub with grab bars. The beds were also at a height that was not easy to get up into/ handicap accessible at all. The man at the desk clarified that it was in fact their accessible room. For anyone that thinks that was accessible they should count their blessings because they’ve clearly never experienced life with a physical handicap. They did accommodate by bringing up a small shower chair. They said the only room they had with a walk in shower was the jacuzzi suite, which was a upcharge so not feasible. The walls were also paper thin and the heater made a constant clicking noise. We heard kids running down the hallways and then a domestic dispute in the night. Safe to say we will never book here again.

It was good and bad. It was nice place to stay at room and pool was good. Please was clean staff was good. The only negative about this place is the night time. day 1 and day two night. None stop noises day one didn’t say anything didn’t want to be that person. Day 2 night was none stop slamming sliding door loud music. Complained 3-4 times and nothing happened. excuse. Was we are booked so we can’t do anything. Went to complain about it leaving. Wasn’t able to give a discount refund or anything. I was going to come back but after that never mind. 3 other people had complained when leaving also they wasn’t able to get anything also

Our first room was awful. When we filled the hot tub up and started the jets black crap came out of the jets all over the place. We called the front desk and asked a manager to come up and she sent up a housekeeper instead. Never came up herself. Then we switched rooms and they never brought up new room keys. When I went down to get the new keys she told me she was letting us settle in, as on the phone she told us we could not occupy both rooms at once so we would have to move rooms. Our second rooms hot tub had stuff coming out of the jets as well. Went to the front desk and the manager sent up yet another housekeeper. When we showed the housekeeper the tub she started to clean the bottom and then ran the water. Out came more black particles. She told me that she was going to go back and tell her manager what she had seen and when I asked her what did she see all she kept telling me was that she was going to tell her manager what she saw. I asked her to leave the room and to not continue cleaning the tub because all she had was a squirt bottle full of tub cleaner, nothing to clean the jets out with. Awful place. When I checked out I asked for a check out receipt and because we used Expedia to book the room they couldn't give me a paid in full receipt at the hotel. Seems like no one there cares about the customers. The manager wanted to give us an 80% off our next stay, but I will never stay there again so that isn't going to work.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean comfortable with an amazing view. The price was excellent 👌 just bare in mind its off season. So most stuff was closed but if you like ice fishing snow mobiles. Its the place to go!!

Room was ok, service was great as always, but what made this terrible is they don’t have property cameras and their lot wasn’t plowed at all for the winter conditions, so not only did my truck get stuck trying to leave their lot, someone hit my truck and left a huge dent and I wasn’t able to find out who did it because they don’t have property cameras.

Parking lot was awful for parking. I understand not plowing for snowmobiles, but would have been nice to have snowmobile parking in a specific area. Lot was chaotic and hard to find parking because of snowmobile trailers and then the snowmobiles parking in additional spots.
