Love this hotel! I’ve stayed here a few times and love the location, view, and friendly staff. I gave 3 stars for comfort because the bed was like sleeping in a hammock (room 105). I don’t recall having that the other times I’ve stayed here.

nice motel, clean and staff was great. only complaint was the size of the bed, I believe the bed was supposed to be a queen size but it had to be a full size. i am a larger guy and when i laid down on my back my wife could not get into the bed unless she laid on her side.

We loved our stay @ The Riviera Motel! I have very fond memories of Mackinac City/Mackinaw Island from my childhood & staying at The Riviera brought those fond memories back. Very clean & extremely friendly staff made the stay enjoyable and the view of the Mackinac Bridge & walking paths all around were incredibly beautiful. We would definitely stay @ The Riviera Motel again!

Front desk persons are very nice. they help to called shuttle bus to take us to the ferry station. very nice view for the sunrise, the motel is located right in front of the Lake. Room is clean. they come to clean every day. If upstairs' sound could be blocked during evening, then it almost a perfect place to stay. In genanel, it is a very good hotel.

Comfortable bed, no breakfast which is some disappointing, amazing view, fairly quiet, parking was a bit challenging when lot full for my handicapped mom. Building needs some TLC as upper balcony rails are scary. Steep steps with another scary rail. All in all would gladly stay again.
