Apparently they quit offering free breakfast during COVID and never resumed...no big deal, but there was supposed to be coffee available as well as granola bars...the coffee was empty, the girl at the desk was too busy watching a video too care, and the "granola" bar was some chocolate oatmeal muffin bar thay was high in sugar and low on nutritional content. Time to find a new favorite place to stay in Mackinaw.

This was our second time staying at super 8 bridgeview in Mackinaw City rooms are very quiet and clean and the staff is very accommodating. Crystal and Ashley were both exceptional. We will return soon the only issue we had with the property was no locks on the exterior entrances but we were informed that that will be updated shortly.

We loved the unique cabin style furnishings & location was great. Parking lot was pretty tight & staff was not the friendliest unfortunately :(. I also felt like for the price paid for stay, breakfast should have been provided. It’s sad to use the Covid excuse as reasoning for not serving breakfast.

The staff was rude. They obviously hate their job, except for the young man who was at the desk in the morning. There was no safety keycard box to enter the doorways, it was disabled and taken apart, so anyone could enter the halls at anytime. It didn’t feel clean, it smelled, furniture old No breakfast service as stated online. My room didn’t be en have a box of Kleenex
