Location is great. Right off the interstate, but also local main line roads. 5-10 minutes from Macon Coliseum. Rooms were quite nice as well as the staff.

A few problems encountered....
The lobby was very nice, and our room was "acceptable"...but the heater/AC was not working nor was the thermostat on the wall. As it turns out, the unit was not plugged in at all, so my husband had to get down on the floor to try to plug it in which was no small feat. Then the TV would not get a signal. The hotel attendant had to come and get that all figured out. But what was most disturbing was the 2 roach-like bugs that I killed in our bathroom. Yuck!

Best Western is a dated, if comfortable property, but if you get put in area B, you DO NOT want a room near the ice and vending machines as this seems to be a gathering area all through the day and night.

The hotel looks so much nicer and fresh since its update. The drain doesn’t drain except after the shower is off, and some mold (?) in bathroom. I’ve stayed at your property several times, it’s my favorite location. Everyone is nice and helpful here.

Comfortable and full breakfast
A great price for a quick turn around. We needed a place to crash before hitting the road again. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. Breakfast had several options. It’s not a luxury stay by any means but it was a great value for a clean room and a hot breakfast for my family. The staff was nice and check in was easy. I would recommend this location to other families looking for a safe, comfortable stay while on a budget.

We were quite happy with the check-in and the courtyard was lovely. One of the cleaners, kindly returned our pup. Thanks. Our issue had to do with the fishy smell in our room. We were too exhausted to deal with it. Also the toilet was slow.
