At check in the young gentleman was not rude but was not friendly when I checked in. He did not explain anything or ask if I had any questions. First room we had smelled overwhelming like a dog! Went to front and asked for another room, the same gentleman was very nice and helpful this time. I was given another room but it could definitely have been cleaner. Bathroom floor was dirty especially in the corners. First bad experience that I have had at a Hampton.

No problem! The room was smoke free and very clean. The most important thing I noticed was the towels & wash clothes. We didn’t have to call front desk for more. The customer service was wonderful. Thank you!

Nice hotel but pet smells are horrible. If they allow pets, they should have cleaning agents that are for pet smells. Also, Hotels.com did not update my reservation changes
