It took over 25 minutes to check in because desk employee could not get the software to process my credit card. She was extremely apologetic and followed up with a call to the room to make sure we were satisfied after she upgraded us to a suite. There were 2 other guests trying to check in ahead of us and they had difficulties with check-in. They stepped aside for us to try to check in and then as I said it was over 25 minutes until we had a room key. She was on the phone with a supervisor (?) the whole time trying to get the problem resolved.
After a long stressful driving day, it was comforting to know that an outstanding and comfortable room would be ready for us. The breakfast was great!! Thank you for providing a quiet, clean, and restful stop.
We had only one complaaint, and that was not fault of staff. People checked in at 2:30 am and were so loud they woke us up we put in earplugs so we could gp back to,sleep
