The chair in the bedroom had a huge tear in the material. Two bleach spots or discoloration in the carpet in the hallway. Exteremly strong clean odor(Pine Sol?) in the lobby area that was so strong it gave me a headache. Black lady in the kitchen in the AM was veryt friendly and sweet. The desk clerks were both nice.

The suite rooms are wonderful and perfect for our family of 5. Having 2 queens and a king was a game changer. The continental breakfast wasn’t great and the toilet seat was broken in our room. There is a Starbucks next door, so that helped with the bad breakfast.
