The employees were fantastic. The hotel may have been a showplace at one time but in dire need of upgrading. Bed was comfortable and clean. We were merely traveling through and needed a good night’s rest.

Its a great place with dogs. I like that the room had a back door out to the enclosed patio/pool for easy middle of the night potty breaks. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We booked 2 rooms and it was absolutely horrendous. We had roaches in the refrigerator and climbing on the walls, coming out of the light fixtures and thermostat on the walls. The room had a dirty rag over the lamp, filthy sheets and no shower curtain. The door didn't even shut properly and you could see inside. It smelt awful as if someone had lived there for months and never showered. Was unable to get a refund because we booked through Expedia. Terrible!

Upon checking in, a very ice gentleman greeted us and promptly assigned our rooms. Arriving at the rooms neither rooms were cleaned or ready for guests. The cleaning people opened another room for my father whike i went to the front desk to find out about another room. Arriving at the new assigned room,the room was full of black mold, which we brought to the attention of the front desk clerk. He assigned us once again with another room. This room was not exactly the cleanest ut by this time it was late. We were tired and dealt with it. About 1 hour later the fire alarms were going off. No one was at the front desk to advise or direct people,people were wondering around the halls trying to figure out what was going on. Finally fire department arrived and cleared the building however no one from the hotel let anyone know of the all clear. Lack of communication from the staff made for a stressful time.

The staff was helpful but the room itself was dirty upon check in there was roaches in the bathroom and hair in the towels the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast is okay the juice is watered down and the only good thing was the waffles but its so busy you have to wait for 1 waffle maker 2 minutes per person but the front desk staff was super helpful and friendly

I travel a lot. This was the worst short stay that was shortened more because we couldn’t sleep with all the door banging. My friend and I did not feel safe and the halls smelled like pot. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, there were many stained areas in the carpet in the hallways, the handles on the bathroom were dirty, the entry door to the lobby was sticky/dirty. We arrived just before 9:00 pm and left at 3:45 am because we couldn’t sleep due to safety concerns

The hotel rooms needs renovations and pest control services. There were roaches in the bathroom. I had to experience a couple fighting in the very next room. It was an awful stay
