Cheap and cheerful, as they say. Microtel rooms are economically sized, reminding me of travels outside of the USA, but very reasonably priced and quite adequate for a good night's rest while on the road. One quibble, no bedside light by which to read.

Clean and comfortable stay after a VERY LONG travel day by ship, bus and car. Very accommodating for my 230am arrival. Only complaint is that there were no USB ports/plugs in the room (thankfully I brought my own)

Evacuated Tampa before Hurricane Milton. We took our dog with us, no problems. Kept breakfast out late for the majority who were also Floridians escaping the hurricane.

Hard to see where to turn at night, no sign or lights. Checked in late..11pm. Taking your child to work because you have no choice is fine, I get it, but a 3 to 4 yo should not be awake playing on a tablet. Our room was not cleaned well. Carpet needed vacuuming and there was no soap, thankfully we travel with our own.

Everything was good but was surprised there was no way in my room to charge phone no USB not even a radio I asked front desk she didn't know, otherwise it was good.

nice clean carpet.
Overall it was an excellent stay. There was the freshest, dryest carpet I've can ever remember. Only problem was when the check-in clerk double billed me by charging my incidentals card after I had already paid thru Hotels.com. I got the refund after about five days.
