everything was good

My experience was a bit odd here. I booked this hotel based on my brother's recommendation. Upon arrival, the reception employee was taking his sweet time checking me in. He even said "you seem a bit sick Sir" in Arabic. What bothered me is seeing a missed call to my personal phone after I went up to my room. Quite illogical. Why not call my room? What made you even call my number and disturb me the moment I check in? I still do not know. Next day, I get a call to my room about checkout, and the lady could not choose a worse timing since I was grabbing breakfast from room service and at the same time trying to speak to her. Imagine having one employee in your ear and another one babbling on about your order inside your hotel room as if you're a child and needed to know where the pastries are from the coffee. Quite irritating. She insisted on the phone to come by the reception because my key needs to be renewed as it will not work after Jumaa prayer. Guess what? She was wrong. My key worked perfectly fine after 12:00 PM, so the disturbing call she made was really pointless. Once I got on the elevator after checking out, it took me to the 16th floor instead of the lobby. I wanted to get to the lobby from CM or the souq building attached to the tower. Here I am going up to the 16th floor because some guy decided to come in the elevator I was in first and pull me up 16 floors with him. Why didn't the elevator stop at lobby first? Quite annoying.

Very helpful and cooperative staff. Specially Mr. Saqib is very nice and helpful. Rooms are not to big but of reasonable size, specially in this price and close to Haram.

It’s a clean Room very kind staff and the Breakfast pretty good
