The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful.

The stuff was friendly

The beds are very comfortable. There was no complimentary shampoo or body lotion which I expect from a 4 star hotel. I also expect a glass rather than a paper cup in my room from a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good

You better bring a flashlight if you come to this hotel, I have never seen a darker place in my life. The hallways are pitch dark all the walls are painted black. They don’t turn the lights on, and there’s no lights in the room not even to shave. Also, they seem extremely understaffed. They don’t restock the toilet paper. Unless you ask. Some of the staff seemed friendlier than others others don’t work there look miserable. I don’t know who gave a rating of five stars maybe three stars at the most. Also, the breakfast is overpriced and it’s below below average..

The room was cleaned but smelled I was only there for one day so I needed to sleep there and shower. Other than that, it was good for what we were going to the Shrine Our Lady of Lourdes
