So disappointed about this property. The room smelled like an old hotel, was dark some lights did not work, refrigerator was unplugged with towels in it someone did come take out the towels and plugged it in but did not work, the A/C unit woke us up every time it turned on actually vibrated the bed closest to it. The desk person at checkout was totally unconcerned about my feed back. I would never had stayed once I saw the condition except I had two grandkids who were extremely tired.

Wonderful place to stay

We stopped overnight before continuing on our journey. We traveled with a toddler and the room was a king with on suite and jacuzzi. The hotel shares a parking lot with a couple food places which was very convenient for grabbing a quick burger for dinner. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through!

Stayed here for one night, closest hotel to Madison (all Madison hotels booked) and enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly, room and lobby were clean, free breakfast had good options and food was actually fresh. Short 15 minute drive to UW area and close to highways.

Great location

Hotel was nice. I reserved two rooms and one room with the king bed had a very old microwave with no clock and no other clocks in the room. Smelled kind of musty. Front desk help was average. Not overly helpful at check in and the guy at the desk in the morning was not friendly and almost rude. We made a comment about no clocks to him and he didn't even acknowledge it. Great location though and breakfast was great with lots of options.

There was an issue with the smoke detector in our room when we checked in. They put in a new battery but about 3 am the fire alarm sounded for a while and after that our smoke detector chirped the rest of the night - when I called the front desk was still dealing with alarms going off - literally all night and all morning before we checked out it chirped !

Couple's trip for medical business

The entire facility was very clean and well-maintained. Room was extremely comfortable. Very nice pool/spa area, and we appreciated it being open till midnight. Breakfast included the typical fare, and there was no shortage of items. Coffee was good - exactly what was needed. Would stay here again.

The Fire alarm system went off at 3:00 in the morning and staff had no clue what was going on and if it was a real emergency. I pretty much evacuated the 1st floor and everyone had to wait outside for 45minutes while the alarm continued to go off. A fire truck did arrive and we could see through the window they were checking the building, but at no time did staff evacuate everyone or communicate that building was ok to re-enter. People just waited until the alarm quite sounding and re-entered the hotel. At no time did staff make an announcement or communicate what happened and nothing was even mentioned at check out. Had it been an acctual fire, people would have died as not everyone was told to leave the building, several people stayed in their rooms!!!
