BREAKFAST was AMAZING!! Completely makes up for the squeaky bed..lol They are definitely doing some updating and remodeling but was cheap and served its purpose Breakfast was so good and was make your own omelettes, pancakes, waffle. Had biscuits and gravy, fruir bar, cereal,,rolls an tea, coffee, juice, milk and water available. Will definitely stay here again when out here workking next time. 😉

I received an email after booking that the heated pool was open, when we arrived it was clearly not and hadn't been for a long time. I showed the property the email they sent me and they were surprised that "corporate" had sent it. It was very disappointing as that was one of the reasons we took this very out of the way hotel far from everything in Madison. The rooms were dated (ours still worked on a key) but clean with some very interesting room furniture. Bathroom was odd, the shower was big enough but the shower didn't tilt, so it shot water all over the floor near the the toilet. The breakfast was the best surprise, make your own omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffle and pancake stations, fruit station. Fresh hashbrowns. It was really a great breakfast.

Air conditioning unit barely worked, was incredibly loud and rattled. Mattress was discolored and shower was dirty. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

Location is off the beaten path, an older building that is well kept but not modernized. It was worth the money we paid to stay there.

VERY poor customer Service

The ladies at the front desk were very rude. I got a text asking me to not put trash in the hallway after a delivery driver delivered food and didn’t knock. She automatically assumed it was trash instead of asking and texted me. She also was very unprofessional in her conduct during almost every face to face interaction. It was terrible.

Clean but dated

Very outdated hotel, but you can tell they are trying to fix it up. Very clean, just outdated. I also had to atgue about my mothers service dog, its says service animals are welcome on the hotel.com page, but not there.

I was very disappointed that I had to pay an additional $50. When I got to the hotel and also I have not yet been refunded.My money, the room was very cold.There was no continental breakfast like they said.When I got to the breakfast area, there was absolutely nothing there.I am just very disappointed in the quality of this hotel

The breakfast at this hotel is unmatched. Omelets, waffles, pancakes, fruit, toast, bagels, biscuits and gravy are all literally available. The property is also quiet and safe, and relatively close to most of Madison. My go to stay whenever I'm in the Madison area.

Our room smelled like smoke, the bathroom was grimey, and the mattress was ripped up. The breakfast was surprisingly good though. The front desk staff was unable to understand or speak english which made checking in take a lot longer than it should have.
