Nice stay

Have stayed several times for duration of multiple days and find it’s very comfortable. Great breakfast and coffee/tea/ cocoa is available all day in the lobby. Was surprised to see popcorn offered in the evening. I have only stayed on top floor which has been quiet. Management quickly took care of a very strong odor coming from a nearby room.

This property has a water issue. The 1st room I was given smelled like wet, musty moisture. The mattress had big urine stains on it, as I had to change the linen when I arrived, and was given very stained linen. I asked for another room, as the first one was not suitable; however, the next room smelled the same way. The shower head was horrible and crooked. The hot tub looked murky. They did not clean the pool area. We left the previous night, and a lady's son dropped chips by the hot tub. Those same chips were still there when I returned the next night to try to enjoy the hot tub, but I couldn't. This place needs a makeover as soon as possible. The hotel staff were friendly, but this hotel is not a clean, friendly place. I did not want my things to touch the floor.

An excellent value for the price. The staff is professional and welcoming, and the amenities are fun—great for both families and extended stays. The location is convenient, and rates are very reasonable. While the facilities aren’t the most modern, they’re clean, comfortable, and entirely suitable for a pleasant stay. Additionally during “happy hour” 5pm-7pm you can buy $1 beers/seltzers at the desk!

Welcoming entrance, easy check in and out. Rooms are nicely appointed with classy furniture and comfortable beds. Theres a beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi. For close to the building parking, there are numerous entrances where you use your key card to access the building. Inviting breakfast room with a lovely spread of fresh fruit, cereals, hot options, juices, make your own waffles and breads. Woukd definitely stay here again.
