One of the best valued lodging in Madison, Indiana. The staff were all outstanding. We were totally surprised that the room service was performed on the daily basis. We will stay here again if we pass by the area.

My only complaint was the TV. It kept freezing up. Took us about 3 1/2 hours to watch a 2 hour movie. Get rid of the Vizio brand. The room was very large, the bed was really comfortable. The bathtub needs the stopper repaired but all in all it was a nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly.

Always a great Stay at BestWay

Always great service. From the front desk to the housekeeping, they're always very nice and extremely helpful. Clean room and a great deal for the price! Wish i would of had more time to enjoy the pool.

The only issue I had was that my toilet didn't always flush as well as it should have. I seem to remember it was slow moving, and not everything went down on the first flush. Other than that, I didn't have any problems! It was a decent place to stay.

Blood stains on wall

The staff was super friendly. That’s about the only good thing about it. The blood stains on the wall and on the bed sheets were wild. There was also a bunch of dead bugs on the floors, and the room just wasn’t clean at all.
