Our room was not ready when we checked in at 3:35 pm but we just had to wait about 20 minutes for staff to finish cleaning the room. The desk chair seat was damp; apparently the previous renter must have spilled something on the seat. The hotel is large and a bit older. Breakfast was great; made to order eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, pancakes and French toast.

We were very comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We were happy with the made to order menu and the selections. It was cooked while we waited. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

I had a great experience at the Best Western West Towne Suites in Madison. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff stood out with their warm, friendly, and consistently helpful service. It really set the tone for the whole stay. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little touches that made the space feel inviting. One of the best surprises was the made-to-order breakfast. It was a real treat to have a hot, customized meal each morning, in addition to the usual continental options. A great way to start the day! I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Madison area—whether for business or leisure. Great value, great staff, and a great stay!

My room was clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet even though it was on the side of the hotel facing the highway. Breakfast was a special treat. Your choice of three different entrees was cooked to order. You can help yourself to a wide array of beverages, breads, cereals, and yogurt. The staff was excellent.
