The property is getting remodeled, somethings you could tell were already updated- others not sure if they would be getting updated or not. The staff was so nice 24/7. Nice selection of breakfast options.

The property was being renovated so when we got off the elevator we had to navigate through a construction zone. There was no warning when we checked in. A lot of dust and debris. The room was nice.

At least there were no bugs. I think we may have just got a bad room. The room was filthy: floors dirtier than the hallway, Mildew in bathroom. Dirty bathtub drain. Bed ok: no frills. Fridge/microwave were ok. Hot tub/pool are fine. One of the worst rooms we’ve stayed in.

The property is old but looks like it might be going through a remodel. Originally my room was the 6th floor. The hallway carpet was old and dirty. My room was ok but I found a wad of hair and spider webs behind the door (probably a hard to clean area). I addressed it with the front desk and they immediately upgraded my room to a jacuzzi room on the first floor close to the indoor pool and jacuzzi. That room was wonderful and the remainder of my stay was wonderful.

Room was extremely dirty, blood on the sheets, toilet was dirty. The front desk clerk would not give me a refund, would not give me his name and would not call his manager. I left and they called a few minutes later and agreed to a refund.
