There was mold in the shower/tub. Carpet was old and bunching up in areas. Wall patches that weren't finished. Needs a paint job.

At least there were no bugs. I think we may have just got a bad room. The room was filthy: floors dirtier than the hallway, Mildew in bathroom. Dirty bathtub drain. Bed ok: no frills. Fridge/microwave were ok. Hot tub/pool are fine. One of the worst rooms we’ve stayed in.

The property is old but looks like it might be going through a remodel. Originally my room was the 6th floor. The hallway carpet was old and dirty. My room was ok but I found a wad of hair and spider webs behind the door (probably a hard to clean area). I addressed it with the front desk and they immediately upgraded my room to a jacuzzi room on the first floor close to the indoor pool and jacuzzi. That room was wonderful and the remainder of my stay was wonderful.

Room was extremely dirty, blood on the sheets, toilet was dirty. The front desk clerk would not give me a refund, would not give me his name and would not call his manager. I left and they called a few minutes later and agreed to a refund.

Property was run down. You'd expect such quality from a Motel 6, not a Comfort Inn and Suites. My bath tub had a big crack in it. The property has been neglected for years. Do not recommend, there are better options even at this price level.

Staff was available and friendly. Did everything to make sure we were comfortable. However, the entrance we used was propped open with the floor pad, so open to anyone, room key or not. While there were no incidents, was a little unsure about safety.

The staff was helpful in changing my room from handicapped excessive to a standard room. But, they also woke me up around 2AM with a phone call that was not intended for me. The breakfast was decent with egg and sausage patties and biscuits & gravy.
