The room itself was clean, but the hallways reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. A car alarm parked behind the building went off several times during the night, and I woke up in the morning to the sound of a random woman sobbing in the hallway.

It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel I think but the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. My room wasn’t that clean, don’t think I’ll go back

Decent choice for a family trip

We booked the hotel for a family trip for a week. They are in the middle of renovations so I kept that in mind while enjoying our stay. Our room was nice and you could tell they put a lot of effort into the remodel/renovation. We were on the first floor because we had one of our pups with us. We were only charged 100 instead of the 160 pet fee since we were there for a week, which was super awesome. The room was large enough to fit the roll away we needed for our son, and still having plenty of room to live and move around. I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness . The bed was comfy and the sheets were soft and felt wonderful. My husband and I had a queen while my daughter had a double and as I said our son had a rollaway. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the beds, especially our pup. The pool was heated and was very nice to enjoy. The hot tub was not working when we checked in, I was very disappointed as that is one reason I chose this hotel. At some point during the week it was back up and working, I was able to enjoy it for one day of our trip. They have a good selection for breakfast, although the front lobby where breakfast is served was freezing. The front lobby staff were all amazing and very polite, I personally preferred the older lady during the week in the mornings, she was super sweet. The maid never cleaned our room, or several other rooms by the look of it. People put their garbage outside their doors all week, we didn’t but it accumulated.

We liked the decorating style, but finishing touches were missing or small things weren't fixed. Paint needed a touchup in our room. The interior bathroom fixture was missing a cover. The elevator floor was filthy and full of paint splatters. And I'm big on smells - I didn't like the smell of the cleaner they used. It smelled super chemically. The breakfast was wonderful, however, and the people were very nice.

Me and my wife had a fantastic time the rooms were clean they smelled clean the rooms were well kept the pool area was well kept the pool was amazing we had a fantastic early Valentines and we are looking forward to spending another night there again in the future. This is definitely recommended.

Too many homeless people coming in and out and one passed out in the bathroom. We told the front desk but they didn't seem to care. That person could have died in there! The carpet was stained in our room and smelled. At least the sink worked this time.
