We enjoyed 5 nights at the hotel. Convenient location, good breakfast. Dated decor and fitness center could be updated with weights. Housekeeping an issue. If the hotel promises housekeeping on the third night of stay, and then not provide it because it’s Sunday, then offer to clean on Monday or Saturday. We had no housekeeping the entire visit. Front desk did provide us with new towels and other things we needed which was appreciated.

We stayed for a wedding and it was a nice place. The free breakfast had lots of options so the kids and adults were all happy. The pool was nice and not very busy. There was an arcade, pool table, and happy hour. The hotel is located near Lake Mendota which was fun to explore. Location was great. The only issue we had was the toilet was very hard to flush. The handle did not want to move down so it was a struggle for our kids. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I would stay there again.

The staff was not very friendly. There was no maid service and courtesy shuttle wasnt available but it was advertised as such. Also very noisy and needed some upgrading.

Walked into my room and there was a cockroach on the wall alive and moving so I took a video went right back to tell the attendee and she said oh sorry let me switch you rooms. No compensation at that point and I figured something would be offered! So don’t stay here unless you want to take roaches home

The room was clean without odors and provided sufficient space to not feel cramped. The bed had a pillow pad and very soft pillows, and with the absence of outdoor city sounds, it was easy to want to stay in bed. The breakfast service provided a balanced buffet of options beyond pastries and waffles with quantities that did not appear to run short despite the business of the morning rush. The hotel was sufficiently staffed to ensure timely and thorough room cleaning. Finally, the indoor pool and spa area was spacious to allow for several people to enjoy without sitting on each other.

Quiet with plenty of options for food and its right of a main highway. The rooms were big with a separate sitting area. Breakfast options were vast and all tasted good. They also had a pool table for guest to use free of charge. Pool and hottub were larg and not over chlorinated. Staf was professional and attentive. Downsides 1 outside flood lights shine right on the room windows making the rooms rather bright during the night even with black-out curtans drawn. 2 beds are a springy u shape so people with spine issues stay elsewhere. 3 mini fridge was super loud all the time so bring earplugs and you will be ok. For me these 3 annoyances make this a onetime stay.
