We had a fairly nice one night stay here but the property has some definite need of some upgrades and repairs. Tub faucet almost falling off in my hand, bathroom light/fan SUPER loud and grindy…. For a few minutes, then quiets a bit. We chose this hotel SPECIFICALLY for the hot tub to smooth our achy muscles during our road trip only to arrive and find it out of order along with the sauna!! They have a printed out sign hanging near it specify that they have tried fixing it and that they don’t know how to do it, so sorry for the inconvenience. I think they need to update their website with current information so people know before booking. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.

Room was dirty, staff was nice... thats about the only good thing i can say about this hotel. Mattress was stained and nasty, toilet looked it hadnt been cleaned, the dresser had crumbs all over it etc. Definitely not impressed but it worked for a quick overnight stay. Staff was wonderful; location was convenient for our needs and beds were clean and comfortable. There was a strong cigarette smell in the hotel, though. Couldn’t figure out if it was coming from a guest room or it was just a remnant of the past. As a former smoker it smelled pretty fresh. That was the only turn off.

Something is very wrong with the Aquatics!!!
Guest service outstanding. Rooms --super. Walk towards the pool/jacuzzi..uh What's that smell? Go in pool area..no air circulation. Smells like wet mold and wee wee. Overwhelming smell. How can anyone go in there? Ewwwwweee
