The ventilation system in the pool area fell from the ceiling while our children were swimming. They could have been severely injured or killed. The wires were rusted out, that’s why it fell, clearly there were safety checks being neglected. They did not ask if anyone was ok or injured. Just stated everyone out and pool was closed. Not handled well.

It was fine for a one night stay. Rooms appeared clean , staff was friendly , check in was quick. My only complaint was the hot tub/pool area. Someone isn't taking care of it and the water is super chemically unbalanced/dirty causing excessive foaming when the jets turn on. There was so much foam it was foaming outside of the pool. It just felt gross and I hope they fix that. There was also towels and used cups all over the pool area.
