We were put in a noisy room by the elevator because we didn't indicate a preference. Moved down the hall. The front desk couldn't magnetize key cards. Had to go back down to get new key cards. Woke up 8 am to heavy pounding from construction across the street. Next night, woke up to a 3 am fire alarm. Took the stairs outside to find out it was a false alarm. Had to wait for incredibly slow elevators to get back to our rooms. Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but not the best weekend for rest.

Great property. My only complaint would be charging 20 dollars to park when the another Hilton owned property DoubleTree a block away does not charge. Seems very odd.

The room was ok for the price. The $20 to park in the ramp was stupid to me $10 is fair. My room was over 200 witch i thought was cheap for a suite but it seemed more like a 150 to a 180 room. the water pressure in the shower sucked i pee harder and I'm 50 lol. The bed was really nice but the pillows on the other hand not so much they feel fluffy till you lay your head on them. all in all it was ok at best. take the good with the bad i guess but I'm sorry i won't be back nor will i recommend the front desk girls were super nice

Have stayed here multiple times and intend to be back. Had a small issue with check out. Their system showed that we had checked out and we hadn't. This caused housekeeping to start cleaning our room with our items still in there. Other than that, great stay.

Arrived early evening to find out there is construction directly across the street. With pile driving starting around 7:00 am…..the staff did a fantastic job finding us a room far away from it. Location is great to walk around UW and capital area…..definitely would recommend
