The staff from front desk representative to manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and bright. Breakfast was very good with coffee available all day. I will definitely be back when in Madison.

It was not a very comfortable environment also the place could use a remodel update on the entire inside of the building and actually live up to its Name Title. Not much of a choice to pick on the cable channels with most of them been news or sports n only few movie channels also beds were very uncomfortable. Staff could use sum customer service skills. I was hoping for a much more luxury experience stay with a name title that has the highest 5 star rated. One over night stay is good enough for me to experience and will not be returning for another overnight stay anytime soon. Thank You.
