I've been to this hotel a few times now and the front desk staff is superb. No matter the hour or the person... I've always been greeted with a smile and have been treated with politeness and a willingness to help. Excellent customer service. Aside from that... I come for the pool.. My grandkids want to stay in it the entire time we are here. A great shallow pool designed for families. The clean rooms, great location and continental breakfast are just added bonuses
