The hotel wasn't as clean as I expect from a HIE. It wasn't filthy but it was dirty in the public areas. The pool was cold. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It was nice and clean, your basic Holiday Inn Express. The pool was very clean nice and crystal clear. It wasn't overpowering with chlorine like most hotel pools. And warm enough, you could just walk straight into it.
