Nancy was great when we arrived to check-in. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and our room was not ready yet, so she was able to put us in another identical room right away, so we didn’t have to wait or leave and come back later. Made us feel very welcome. She did an excellent job! Very friendly and helpful with dining choices close by. Room was perfect for what we needed! And the stay was great. One improvement needed , was to be sure the television remote was working. Struggled to keep it working. Could probably have new batteries installed.

Everything was very clean and new. The bed and pillows were amazing and I slept great. Definitely a great place to stay if in the Beaver Dam area. My main detraction was that I had booked a standard king size bed room and was given the handicap accessible room, which was difficult to shower in (low shower head or had to hold the nozzle, and water pressure was average). I asked for a different room but they said they couldn't change it and were fully booked; however when checking Expedia for availability there were other rooms available that night. Additionally the hotel staff upon check in weren't very friendly or welcoming. But I should note the person when we check out was lovely!
