The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the linen’s were clean. However the building itself was outdated, bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the hot tub was down.

Hallway rug was super wrinkled easily a tripping hazard. Looked like water damage loosened the glue from the carpet. The room smelled badly of mold. The bathroom smelled like sewage. When we brought these issues up, they just gave us room spray

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. I was unable to use the fitness room, but it had a full squat rack and bench area which would have been awesome!

I thought the front desk person was very helpful and welcoming to us when we arrived. I also thought the room was nice, no major complaints. The building overall could use some overall updates (felt very old and dated, somewhat had a musty smell in the room). But everything was clean and well kept, a nice hotel with nice people just needing a nice facelift.

I booked a room with 2 queens and was given one with only one king bed. Had to sleep on a pullout couch that was more springs than mattress. Only got 2 hours of sleep. The desk claimed that no other rooms were available.

Both washers in the guest laundry were broken, no fan in bathroom so all moisture from the shower (tub was gross around the drain plug) stayed in and made things feel wet, including the bedding. Room smelled like it had once had animals in it. The wall near the tub insert was peeling paint and drywall. The only nice part about the hotel was the entrance, lobby, and bar area. The rest of the hotel is in desperate need of updating and deep cleaning.
