Nice and family friendly

We loved our stay. It was clean and quiet and the room was spacious! The firepit area outside was really neat and the pool was clean and not too chilly. A bar that serves food was near the lobby but we didnt go. It was clean and cozy/comfy looking though! Breakfast was good. Lots of options! They even had oatmilk which was a bonus for us! Thought for sure I took more pictures!

I wish I could remember the name of the front desk person who checked us in. Very friendly. Very proud of her property. Great recommendations for dining in the area. She really went above and beyond. It was a great stay. Wish I could have stayed a few more nights.

Arrived around midnight and the front desk clerk was no where to be found. Waited around 20 minutes or so and he finally showed up. Went to our room and found there were no linens for the pull-out couch which we definitely planned on using. Phone in the room had no way to call the front desk. Went back downstairs and again, the front desk clerk was MIA. After another 20 minutes, he showed up. Both times he came in from outside. He finally got the linens for us. Next day, we were out of our room very early and gone most the day, returning at 3pm and the room hadn't been cleaned.

It was very clean, staff was friendly, hot tub would have been nice. Breakfast could have been a little bigger as eggs and biscuits and gravy were thrown in the pan to be served that way and it ran out rather quickly.

Waited an entire hour to check in (MASSIVE LINE) and they were NOT ready for us. So waited another hour to get into our room but because of the lines and already waiting we were late to our concert so left without getting into our room. The workers tried their best to keep up, but this is on management not being prepared for a two night concert. me and the others who had to be late to our concert should be reimbursed for our stay.
