Towels need to be bleach

Towels are stained need some bleaching or get new towels , it’s gross to use and wipe after your shower . Tubs need to be bleach and scrub. Bed is okay .

A/C in our room (105) didn't work, when brought to the attention of the guy at the front desk he followed to our room and proceeded to mess with the setting then putting them back where I had them set, then blamed me saying I had the heat on. His solution was to give us fans. In order to plug 1 fan in, the microwave had to be unplugged and then one was plugged in my the window. After that there was 1 plug left to use for my medical device (cpap). He was extremely rude and condescending. He was on his phone in the lobby on speaker phone and ignored us for at least 10 minutes. The tv was the smallest tv I've ever seen and only got like 6 channels all of which were news. The fitness center was like 3 pieces of equipment, 1 needed at card from the front desk to operate and 1 was broken. Spa was listed on the website but it was never found. The toilet was not sealed to the floor and the tub was dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

disappointing stay

The motel is just old and needs everything updated. Room was small. Towels were old, small and dirty. Asked for more and was told they don't have any extras until laundry is done the next day. There's duct tape all over the place holding things together. There was duct tape on the door transom holding the carpeting in place.

Okay option but not great

This is a "fine place to stay". Nothing special at all and honestly a little run down and out-dated, but it got the job done on a busy weekend in Madison where hotel rooms are limited. Room and bathroom weren't overly clean and one of the bed sheets had a mark on it and wasn't clean. The toilet also only flushed 1x every few hours, otherwise, it didnt work at all. We asked for these two issues to be fixed and the staff just put the replacement sheets on the bed folded up and the toilet issue was not resolved.
