Worst stay ever in a hotel in the US. We left after only 15min after seeing the fourth cockroach on the wall. Bed sheets had disgusting stains on them. The hallways were full of garbage bags that no one was collecting. That place is a dump.

The room was filthy. AC, doors, lamps, beds were all damaged. Tub bottom was not clean and dirty (black). White stains on the bed skirt, bed cover had burns in it. Smell in the room was very very strong of some cigarette smoke, but mostly marijuana. Even our dog sat by the door while we were there. We stayed about 15 minutes in the room as that was all we could tolerate. We booked someplace else and cut out losses. My allergies were activated by the smoke. I have never seen such a poor-quality room. This is not something I would have expected Expedia to list on their site, let alone Red Roof Inn. We have stayed at RR Inns before and never encountered anything like this. It looked like someone stated there long-term, and all they did was make the beds. We have photos to show this...

For $130, I figured it would be at clean. Was very dingy, roomed smelled lik smoke. Walls were dirty, sheets had some kind of marks on it. the chair in room looked like it was mauled by a dog. There was no latch on the door and part of frame was gone, like someone busted the door in a ripped it off the door. Some sort of pins coming out of the all. Cockroach in the room. Was gross.

The staff are super nice. The rooms are decent. The only thing I don't like is that they don't have continental breakfast but I understand why they don't an I don't blame them. But other than that I would come back and stay a night or two.

We were very disappointed in this red roof, and it was not clean—stains everywhere. The carpet made our feet black, the toilet leaked, and the sheets were stained. Do not book this hotel.

Didnt even check in... had to stay somewhere else. I specifically booked a room with a roll in shower for my wheelchair bound wife and the room had a tub. I booked through hotels.com 3 weeks in advance so there is no reason for any sort of miscommunication between the website and the hotel!

The nightly rate was what got me to book. You get what you pay for, so I wasn’t expecting much. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very noisy because you could hear every time the other lodgers were outside whether walking but or hanging outside. The king size bed was placed right by the door which made it worse. Towels were very small and you only got two sets as there is no housekeeping during your stay. If you want a refresh, you have to hunt down the housekeeper while they are there cleaning the rooms that are vacated that day. Front desk does not help getting you fresh towels. I just bought a few towels at Walmart. It was easier

The rooms were dirty and terribly outdated! All rooms smelled like smoke because long term rentals smoked on the balcony! Cleaning people had several garbage bags laying by the stairs and balconies. Overall dirty bad experience! Should have left when they gave us the first smoking room. Expedia should omit this site from their availability!
