The room was clean. It did not have a microwave which we always need staying more than one night. And the shower looked to be a Handicap one which we didn’t need, I prefer tubs but this is the one that they gave us. It was a very nice shower though with a seat. The area looked to be safe and even though it’s right beside a semi truck car wash, which I had never seen, the windows and curtains are thick and the noise isn’t a problem. I just wish that all rooms came with a fridge and microwave because after working all day, you don’t feel like taking your food to the lobby to heat. Most hotels we do stay at do indeed have them both. We left our flatbed trailer one day in the parking lot and asked the front desk to keep an eye on it and they did, so we appreciate that very much. I would stay again if they had a room with a microwave.

The sink was super slow to drain. There were water spots all over the ceiling in the bathroom from an apparent leak from the room above. You will hear a lot of noise from the parking lot if you are on the first floor. Otherwise the bed is super comfortable and clean.

nice bed, seemed super clean in the room. my toilet wouldn't quit running after a flush for a good 10 minutes, i was really concerned it would be like that all night. there was also no bathroom but i think i got a handicap room for some reason like i chose the wrong one. wifi also didn't seem too fast. the front desk guy was hard to understand but otherwise friendly enough. i didn't get up in time for breakfast to comment on that and the coffee was otherwise ineffective but it was free

The room has been neglected. The undersheet in the bed had a big blood stain. The drain in the sink took forever to drain. The door had to be slammed hard for it to close. Near a truck stop so there was a lot of traffic. The tv is not easy to use so I had to watch tv on my phone. The young lady at the front desk was too busy on her personal phone to assist me. I

The sliding bathroom door was off track and you get stuck in bathroom every time you use it. so you would need someone on outside to help you wedge it open. NOT good if i were to have been trying alone.
